Health & acknowledgement

Chemical services (color, lightening) carry a small risk of irritation or allergic reaction. I understand this and have disclosed relevant health information above.

For some color services we may ask to perform a patch test at least 48 hours before your appointment.

Consent & signature

Cancellation policy

Curl appointments take real time and care, and our specialists block that time just for you. To keep things fair for everyone:

  • Please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel.
  • Cancellations inside 24 hours may be charged a $25 late-cancellation fee.
  • No-shows may be charged up to 50% of the booked service price.
